What is a Courage Champion in my world?

It means modeling honest, respectful communication, even when conversations are difficult. It looks like leading with vulnerability, listening to understand, and creating the psychological safety that empowers others to speak up. I intentionally build trust by supporting risk-taking, addressing challenges directly, and standing alongside others as they step into their own courage.

Why it matters:

Being a Courage Champion initiates a “butterfly effect.” When one person is willing to be courageous, it gives everyone else permission to do the same.
