Karlie Kaser

Director of Education — Marian University Plymouth

Karlie Kaser is an Assistant Professor and the Director of Education at Marian University Plymouth, where she prepares the next generation of educators through student-centered, evidence-based practices. A professional educator for sixteen years, Karlie is also a participant in Leadership Marshall County Class 31. Her work is dedicated to developing teacher leaders and strengthening the vital partnerships between schools and their communities throughout Marshall and surrounding counties.

I strive to create a supportive environment that encourages both my team and my students to identify their fears, embrace their unique strengths, and act with bravery in their classrooms.

Why it matters:

Being a Courage Keeper matters to me because I enjoy being a role model of bravery for my students. I deeply admire the positive impact that vulnerability has had on me and those around me.
