Principal – Menominee Elementary School

Ryan Welch serves as the Principal of Menominee Elementary School in Plymouth, Indiana, leading a diverse community of over 350 students. Under his leadership, Menominee has strengthened its Professional Learning Community (PLC) practices, improved academic outcomes, and fostered a positive, consistent school culture. Ryan’s excellence in administration was recognized in 2021 when he was named Assistant Principal of the Year for both District 2 and the State of Indiana.

Becoming a Courage Champion has strengthened my foundation of professional bravery. By intentionally building trust and openness with those I serve, I can lead more courageously by example and create meaningful, positive change in our school community.
